It was decent, not bad, but didn't leave a strong impression in any aspect. This kind of crisis-suspense-action film could have had more twists and turns, but aside from the villain's revelation at the end, everything else was unremarkable. From the beginning, it was clear the black woman was destined to win, given her strong political connections. Most scenes were confined to the safe house, and the action sequences lacked highlights. The main villain survived at the end, but given the film's quality, a sequel seems unlikely.
Perhaps to maintain the mystery, the interactions between the characters were somewhat reserved. If there had been more detailed foreshadowing, the ending would have been even more shocking.
Did you perform all the action scenes yourself? The action sequences are very realistic.
Although I guessed early on that the little black figure was the villain, the plot design of the mutual suspicion and forced cooperation in the safe house in the first half was quite good. The gunfight action scenes were also good, and the main characters' invincibility was quite obvious. The final female lead's counterattack was too silly.
